Welcome to the Hays County Pool Vehicle and Conference Room Reservations site.

Click the tabs below to reserve either a County Pool Vehicle or a Government Center Conference Room.

If you are needing a vehicle at 8:00 am please book by 4:00 pm the business day prior. 

If the vehicle is needed prior to 8:00 am start time, please contact Michelle Gardner once your reservation as been made. 

If you are booking the reservation for another individual, please make sure to have their name listed on the reservation.

Please make sure to read and acknowledge the Vehicle Reservation Policy before booking a County vehicle.

Please make sure to read and acknowledge the Government Center Conference Room Reservation Policy before booking a Conference Room.
